It was raining today, so I didn't want to run/walk outside. What to do...well, instead of using the weather as a lame excuse for skipping out on a workout, I thought I'd join Roy and go to the gym together! Fortunately, there's a Starbucks across the street, so Roy and I alternated...I worked out first, while he hopped on the internet and waited with Gabrielle. Then about an hour later, we switched places. It worked out quite nicely...Gabrielle was content in her carseat/stroller, listening to Starbucks' classical CD compilation/taking a light snooze while Roy and I got our workouts in. Everybody wins!

Gabrielle Hanging Out at Starbucks
